The MeSure Phishing Awareness Course is an eLearning program created to help employees at MeSure, a corporate call center, recognize and report phishing scams. With 30% of employees falling for phishing emails, this course provides a practical and risk-free way to learn how to spot scams, recognize legitimate emails, and take the right steps to protect company data.

Problem

Many MeSure employees did not know how to recognize phishing emails or what to do when they saw something suspicious. This left the company open to serious security risks like data breaches

Solution

I designed a self-paced course that makes learning simple and interactive. Employees practice with realistic email examples, click on hotspots to explore the red flags of phishing scams, and get instant feedback on their decisions. The course is hands-on, risk-free, and helps build confidence in reporting phishing emails, making it easy for employees to protect themselves and the company.

Results

The goal is to cut phishing rates by 75% in just two months and create a team of informed, vigilant employees who know how to keep MeSure’s data safe.
