The AIS Veracross Training Program was a self-paced, mobile-friendly course created in Articulate Rise to support the integration of the Veracross Student Information System (SIS) at Atlanta International School (AIS). The course helped employees prepare for hands-on training during the faculty orientation by introducing them to the system’s key features and building their confidence in using the platform.

Project Goal

The goal was to build confidence in using Veracross before the in-person training sessions. The course gave employees the skills to complete essential tasks and get ready for the live workshop.

Solution and Results

The course was designed to match the daily workflows of employees. It included helpful videos, quick-reference guides, and interactive knowledge checks. Employees could work at their own pace, accessing the training anytime on a mobile-friendly platform. Most returning employees used it as a refresher, while new employees gained a solid foundation. The training helped everyone feel confident using Veracross and ready to fully participate in orientation.
